Lee-Sean is a Taiwanese American home cook. He has lived and worked on 4 continents. He previously had a stint working as a freelance food writer and co-hosting a short-lived YouTube cooking show. In late 2020, he launched the limited series Easy Cook Bear podcast, an interview show that explores the culinary and creative practices of designers, entrepreneurs, filmmakers and more.
Outside of the kitchen, Lee-Sean is a designer and educator. He co-founded Foossa, a design and innovation consultancy. He also produces content and hosts events for AIGA, the professional association for design. He has taught at New York University, the School of Visual Arts, and the Parsons School of Design.
