11/19 Mughal-Style Rogan Josh (an aromatic curried dish) with Rash | 7:30pm ET
Rash returns from her Australian kitchen to teach us this wintery dish that’s friendly for vegetarians and meat-lovers. Rogan Josh – an Indian lamb curry with a combination of intense spices in a creamy tomato curry sauce can also be made with potatoes for vegan friendly. Here’s the ingredients. 11/21 Dog Biscuit Baking with Dena & Levi | 3pm ET
Learn to make delicious homemade and healthy dog biscuit treats with Dena and her puppy pal, Levi. This is a cooking for a cause class. 🧡 We encourage you to give to Wings of Love Kuwait, an organization that finds abandoned and abused dogs on the streets of Kuwait and rescues them. Dena’s puppy, Levi, is one of those rescues! 100% of your donation goes directly to the cause.
12/3 Mutton Kadhi & Laccha Paratha with Ragini | 7:30pm ET
Learn to make a lamb, gram flour and yoghurt based gravy with a flaky, layered flatbread. The ingredients offer a vegetarian alternative. Our teacher, Ragini Kashyap is a seasoned educational professional who has taken her love for teaching, history and food to develop programs to understand the relations between food and culture.
12/10 Thai North Noodle Curry Soup (Khao Soi) and Ginger Spiced Tea with Ploy | 7:00pm ET
Thai cuisine is full of aromatic ingredients, cooking styles, and dish decorations. In this online interactive class, we’ll make Khao Soi, an authentic noodle curry soup that is usually available only in Chiangmai, which is in the Northern part of Thailand. View the ingredients here. While Khao Soi is cooking, we’ll make delicious ginger spiced tea. We’ll be taught by Ploy, an incredible chef and educator with a passion for teaching Thai cuisine and flavors from around the world.
